What a night of music and revelry with brothers Evan Stock and Co. Evan brought me this Stratocaster/Tele/Les Paul Jr/Les Paul Double Cutaway/Frankenstein body so I've set to work trying to build a new guitar to use on some upcoming recording that's on the books. It's ported for tele so I've got the control plate and wiring all coming in this week. I acquired a saddle and 70's Retro Fender All Parts neck. Things are coming in quick so I'm looking at pickups now! I'm going to name her Daisy 'John Wayne Stock' Duke - AKA 'The Duke' or 'John Wayne' if you're into brevity. Anyway I've never really invested in my sound like I should so I'm stoked to make this the first step of many in cementing a tone for myself and my playing. - mk

Really enjoying some quiet time up at the lake with my son and my gal. It's incredible to see hints of Fall starting to take hold here in northern MI. Taking in every moment of literally watching my boy grow and start to take in the world around him. Loving life and really inspired by the things that are going on lately. Well my dreams have come true and I'm proud to announce the birth of my son. Matthew David Keen joined our ranks on July 3rd, 2019 at 1:49am and I'm thrilled. It's been quite a ride and I'm so excited that's it's only just beginning. We managed to kick up north and play in Summerfest on July 4th and appreciate all the love we received. I'm overwhelmed by everyones energy lately and look forward to the music this is going to inspire. We're kicking up to Sturgeon Bay, WI on July 20th for our annual throw down and we can't wait to see some familiar faces- mk

Evan and I have been hard at work generating new material for RsR and I must say it's some of our most unique and accurate representations of us as a band to date.
